Glad I found this and tried something different because I have Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 13.In the past I had problems like this with Windows 8, and used a similar solution, but with Windows 10 I thought it might be different. You deleted under HID, but that will not solve the problem. Create a restore point, then try the solution previously posted above by the Immortal, which worked for me. For your convenience, this is it:- Press Windows+X.- Select Device Manager.- Find the Touchscreen driver under Mice and Other Pointing DevicesUSB Touchscreen Controller(A111). You're going to uninstall this and check the box that says 'Delete the driver software for this device'. Don't worry, it won't blow up your computer.- Restart your computer.- Re-open the Device Manager, and confirm that the Touchscreen is now listed under Human Interface Devices. Your issue should be resolved!

I had the same problem but this was a couple of months after upgrading to Windows 10. One day it was working ok and the next the screen wasn't responding. I eventually contacted Lenovo support who said the only way to solve it was to reset to factory settings which seemed drastic. I googled problem again and found that other makes had same issue so tried some of the remedies provided and my machine is not working perfectly.Go to Device Manager (Windows +X)Click USB Controllers & for each one listed check whether there is a Power Management Tab. If it has one click on it and uncheck the box 'Allow computer to turn off the device to save power'. I then turned off the computer and cleaned the screen. The next morning everything worked ok so can't say whether it was the changing of settings or the thorough screen clean which helped but I'm happy so hope it works for you too.

A joystick is really just a pointing device, very closely related in function to the mouse. For games designed for use on a PC running the Windows 98 operating system (and earlier), the joysticks usually connected to the computer via the 15-pin game port. Post Windows 98 operating systems started employing the USB interface, and it is the most popular method for connecting a joystick today.Joysticks can provide many functions. Most joysticks provide the ability to point or move an on-screen object using coordinates on an x and y axis. In addition, the joystick can provide from one to several buttons which can be used for various functions.Steering wheels and game pads basically provide the same functions but with a different physical design for the user. Joystick drivers are programs that provide for the communication between the computer and the joystick regardless of what connection method is used to connect the two.The provide the programming that tells the computer what the joystick positional signals mean, how they may be calibrated, and how they relate to user programs that require them.

They also provide for the monitoring of button signal states (on or off), which normally represent a user programmed function (such as dropping a bomb or firing a gun). Joystick drivers also provide the programming for feedback forces that cause the controller to vibrate, enhancing the users’ experience. On PCs using Windows, Microsoft provides a driver in the operating system for simple, generic joysticks. However, for more sophisticated joysticks, it is best to use the joystick driver created by the maker of the joystick.Microsoft also produces an application program interface (API) called that resolves many of the compatibility issues between the joystick and the application (game program for example) using it. If the computer’s operating system does not provide the support for a specific joystick, your system will require the installation of a driver. Even if the operating system does contain generic joystick drivers, it is best to ensure that you have installed the latest joystick driver for the device that you are using. Common Problems Related To Joystick Drivers1) Missing (joystick specific) drivers2) Conflicts or competition for resources (such as IRQs) between two different drivers3) Corrupted driver files4) Incompatibility with the interface and the driver (for example, using a game port driver for USB joystick)5) Using drivers not designed for a specific operating system Troubleshooting Joystick DriversAlthough some operating systems provide generic and/or specific drivers, not all operating systems do.
